    • We will assign a personal "Spotlight Producer" who will work hand-in-hand with you to ensure that your video captures the essence of your message.
    • Together with your personal Spotlight Producer,  you will decide on the type of video format you would like as well as the desired due date and approximate cost.
    • Determine if you would like any additional service.
    • Answer any questions you may have before we start.
  2. Provide materials to us
    • Provide any documentation via email (e.g., family tree information, dates, etc.)
    • Upload your images or send us your photos so we can scan them.
(Your Spotlight Producer will provide you with a Spotlight Login ID to upload images to our web site.)
    • We will prepare your images for video production and make any minor adjustments to obtain the best quality video possible.
  3. Gather additional information
    • During the production your personal Spotlight Producer will be in contact with you to gather additional information as needed about images, names, titles, etc.
    • If you discover additional information that is relevant to the production, please contact us as soon as possible so we can include it in the video.
  4. Pre-production video
    • You become the "Director" and "Editor" as you and your Spotlight Producer guide the production into its final cut.
    • A reduced resolution video production will be made available for you to evaluate over the internet.
    • Any changes you would like to your video can be made at this time.
    • You may choose to add, change or delete information, scenes, pictures and titles.
    • This step may be done multiple times to get your video the way you want it.
  5. Final cut of production video
    • A production DVD will be sent to you via postal service or overnight if requested. (local clients may pick up their DVD).
    • No changes will be made once we begin the "Final Cut" phase of the project.
    • All photos and documentation is returned to you.
